Computing at Castle Hill

At Castle Hill Primary School, we aim to deliver a high-quality computing education which ensures children become digitally literate. We are aiming for the children of Castle Hill Primary School to leave the school with a level of digital literacy so that they are able to express and develop ideas through information and communication technology. We have weekly computing lessons focusing on coding and using the computers and iPads to access other areas of the curriculum. We are aiming for the children to leave Castle Hill Primary School with an idea of how to safely use technology and the internet. Over the time the children spend at Castle Hill, we build on skills to help them to become computer literate ready for secondary school.
