At Castle Hill, every single child matters and we see each individual as unique. We take all steps possible to meet each child's unique needs. We strongly believe that every child and adult in the school has the right to equal treatment and opportunities, regardless of race, gender, religion, ethnicity, ability or disability. Inclusion for all is a key aspect of this school’s work. The most significant part of our work to achieve this is through a challenging, exciting and inclusive curriculum and through the highest quality teaching. Our inclusion charter is our mantra for ensuring every learner in our school receives the best learning support and tools in class to succeed.

Our Inclusion Team, led by Mrs Gibbons, offers support to meet specific and wide ranging needs including emotional, behavioural and academic. The nature of this support varies from one child to another but aims to be flexible to meet a wide variety of changing circumstances. This includes the identification and remediation of Special Educational Needs. Our team of skilled teachers work with our specialist team for both the short and the long term to ensure that every child can make the best possible progress and we truly make the greatest possible difference.
